Return Policy

Product Returns - Faulty or Damaged Products

Please choose carefully and review all products in your cart when completing the checkout process as your order cannot be cancelled once we have provided you with the order reference number.

If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, store credit or refund. www.247deals.com.au will pay all freight charges for the return of these goods in the first 14 days of purchase. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in its original condition.

If your product is damaged in transit, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

If you receive a product that you think is defective, you are to immediately contact our Customer Service Team who may initially determine whether the product is defective. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a defective product.

Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, please contact them immediately and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or contact details please feel free to contact us via our online contact form or phone number.



How to request a return for defective or DOA items

Please contact us as soon as the problem arises via our online contact form or by phone, stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem.

Our Customer Experience Team will then issue a Return Authority Number (RA#) and provide instructions for the return of the product. The RA# is valid for 14 days so please organise to return the item immediately. www.247deals.com.au is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us on the first 14 days of purchase. After the first 14 days, the customer will need to arrange the return of the unit back to 247deals.com.au with a prepaid return label back to him.

Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our DOA or defective items criteria, we will provide you with a credit to your account, a replacement product or a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item and advising you of the outcome.

For a credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition - undamaged, including the outer packaging.

If the product is deemed by customer service/supplier NOT to be defective, we may, in our absolute discretion, refuse to replace the product or offer a refund.

No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the ordered products, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

When a Product is replaced, the replacement Product becomes your property and the returned Product becomes our property. Replacement Products are provided with the same warranty as the returned Product. When a refund is given, the returned DOA Product becomes our property.
