The prices payable for your order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are inclusive of GST. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. You agree to pay the delivery charges specified at the time you submit your order.

Prices for items ordered are fixed on acceptance of your order. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be applied to accepted orders.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public Holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding for Victorian Public Holidays.

We will use our best endeavours to supply your order, however we reserve the right to cancel any order without notice for any reason. If an order is cancelled in this manner, any payments made will be refunded fully to you.
Availability and Delivery
www.247deals.com.au will use its best endeavours to deliver ordered goods to your nominated delivery address within the time frames specified at the time of placing the order. If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item within this timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If an item ordered is not available, we will provide you with an alternative and if this is not acceptable to you, we will provide you a full refund.
We will not be liable to anyone for any losses suffered or incurred due to any delivery delays or cancellations of orders.
Following the payment for goods, title for orders passes to you when the goods are delivered to the nominated address.
Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you cannot order via our website. Should we suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor using our website, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any transactions to be entered into via our website.
Product Returns - Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, store credit or refund. www.247deals.com.au will pay all freight charges for the return of these goods. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in its original condition.
If your product is damaged in transit, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If you receive a product that you think is defective, you are to immediately contact our Customer Service Team who may initially determine whether the product is defective. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a defective product.

How to request a return for defective or DOA items
Please contact us as soon as the problem arises via our online contact form or by phone, stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem.
Our Customer Experience Team will then issue a Return Authority Number (RA#) and provide instructions for the return of the product. The RA# is valid for 14 days so please organise to return the item immediately. www.247deals.com.au is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our DOA or defective items criteria, we will provide you with a credit to your account, a replacement product or a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item and advising you of the outcome.
For a credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition - undamaged, including the outer packaging.
If the product is deemed by customer service/supplier NOT to be defective, we may, in our absolute discretion, refuse to replace the product or offer a refund.
No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the ordered products, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
When a Product is replaced, the replacement Product becomes your property and the returned Product becomes our property. Replacement Products are provided with the same warranty as the returned Product. When a refund is given, the returned DOA Product becomes our property.
